NITRO AO - MANUAL

First Steps:

• Buying the HUD at the AKEYO-STORE ⇲
  
  
  
  - Teleport to the Akeyo-Store: AKEYO (111,111,111)
  
  - Right-Click on one of the NITRO-AO-Vendors at the Landingpoint and select Pay.
  
  - Click the button showing L$900 in the following Pop-Up.
  
  - Confirm your payment by clicking the Pay-Button in the next Pop-Up.
  
  - A blue Pop-Up will appear telling you:
  
  "an object named Nitro Server owned by AKEYOsupport has given you this object: 'AKEYO_NITRO_AO_BOX'.
  
  - Click Accept.
  
  - You will find the Object: AKEYO_NITRO_AO_BOX under the Recent-tab in your Inventory.
  
  
  


• De-Boxing ⇲
  
  
  
  - Check your Inventory for the AKEYO_NITRO_AO_BOX in the Recent-tab
  
  - Drag the Box out of your Inventory next to you on the Ground.
  
  - Right-Click on it and select Open. A Window called Objects-Content appears.
    Click on the Button Copy to Inventory and wait until all items arrive in your Inventory.
  
  - A Notecard with a short Description about the Hud appears. You can read it and then close it.
  
  - Right-Click again on the Box and select Take. Like this you can keep the Box in your Inventory as a Backup.
  
  - A new Folder with the name AKEYO_NITRO_AO_BOX has been created in your Inventory.
    Open it by clicking on the Arrow and check its Content.
  
  
  


• Checking the Inventory and attaching the HUD ⇲
  
  
  
  - Go to your Inventory and search for a Folder called: AKEYO_NITRO_AO_BOX
  
  - Right-Click on AKEYO_NITRO_HUD and select Wear. on the upper left corner the minimized HUD appears
    (press on + to maximize)
  
  - When you attach the HUD for the 1st time you will notice that there are no animations detected.
    There for you have to add some animations to you HUD.
  
  
  


• Buying animations at the Akeyo-Store (with automatic installation) ⇲
  
  
  
  - Teleport to the Akeyo-Store: AKEYO (111,111,111)
  
  - Make sure that you are wearing the Nitro-AO.
  
  - Go to the Animation-Overrider-Section. you will find female (left side) and male (right side) animation-vendors.
  
  - Right-Click on of the Animation-Stands and select ||Animate. Your Avatar will automatically start playing the running   animation on the selected vendor.
  
  - Change your Camera-Angle how it suits you best. If you dont know how to do that read this article.
  
  - Click on the next or previous - buttons to change the current animation on the animation-vendor.
    (the red numbers on the left will change).
  
  - If you found an Animation that you like right-click on the Vendor and select Pay. A Popup shows up.
    Click on the Button with the Price-Tag.
  
  - A Blue Popup appears. Press Accept and the Animation will be added automatically to your HUD.
    To be save the Animation will also be stored in your Inventory.
  
  - To get off the Animation-Stand you have to click on the Stand-Button on the bottom of your Screen.
  
  
  


• Adding Animations at Home ⇲
  
  
  
  - Detach your Hud by right-clicking on it and selecting Detach
  
  - Go to your Inventory and find the AKEYO_NITRO_HUD. Drag it from the Inventory to the Floor next to you.
  
  - Find the recently purchased Animation (of course you can add Animations of other Animation-Creators in SL)
    in your Inventory. Right Click on your HUD and select Edit.
    Go to the Content-Tab.
  
  - Drag the Animation from the Inventory to the Content of your HUD. After a while the Animation will appear
    in the Content of your HUD.
  
  Attach your Hud and press RELOAD
  
  
  


• Configurate the HUD via Webinterface ⇲
  
  
  
  
  - You probably have noticed that still there is not Animation triggered by the HUD.
    Its because you have to create A Set before you can use it.
  
  - if the HUD is in Minimized-Mode click on the Maximize-Button and you will see the complete HUD.
  
  - Depending in which Mode (MAIN, SETUP or DANCE) you have to click different buttons to go to the SETUP-Menu.
  
  - In Main-Mode you just have to click the SETUP bottom and then the CONFIGURATION-Button.
  
  - In Dance-Mode you just have to click the CONFIG-Button.
  
  - In Setup-Mode you only have to click the CONFIGURATION-Button.
  
  - After that a blue Window will appear asking you to open a Web-Page. Press Go To Page. Depending on your Settings
    a small SL-Browser-Window will open or your normal Browser outside of SL. I recommend to use a external Browser
    (Firefox, Chrome, Safari). To change it go to Preferences/Network & Files/Connection/Web browser.
    Select Use my Browser.
  
  
  
  
  


• Creating Sets and adding Animations ⇲
  
  
  
  - Make sure that you press RELOAD
  
  - Your new Animation is shown on the left side in the YOUR ANIMATIONS-Section.
  
  - If your Animation isn't by AKEYO you should check if it got automatically loaded in the right Category.
    Animations that are not recognized are flagged in RED.
  
  - To change the Category select one of the those shown in the drop-down-menu on the right side of the Animation-Name.
  
  - To create a new AO-SET go to the AO-SETS-Tab on the right and click on +CREATE NEW SET.
    A yellow Window will appear and you are able to type in a Name. Press OK.
  
  - The newly created AO-SET will be shown right under DEFAULT (if not press RELOAD and check again)
  
  - Click on your new AO-SET so it becomes high-lighted in yellow to make sure it is really selected.
  
  - Go to your Animation on the left side and click on >>. The Animation will be added to your set and appear
    in the right half of the AO-SETS-Section (if not press RELOAD and check again).
  
  - After every Configuration-Session make sure to press RELOAD on this page and in-world at your HUD.
  
  
  


• Using Sets and Animations In-World ⇲
  
  
  
  - Make sure to press RELOAD on your HUD
  
  - Go to SETUP and check under ANIMATION-SET if the newly create Animation-Set appears. If not click on the right
    arrow until it shows up.
  
  - To check if your Animations show up in the right Categories click on one of those and see if the Animation-Name
    If not click on the right arrow until it shows up.shows up above it (right under the PREVIEW-Button).
  
  - Your Avatar starts to move if you selected the right Set with Animation included.
  
  - If it still doesnt work, check if there are Animation loaded in your HUD and press RELOAD.
    Go back to the Webinterface and check the Content.
  
  
  
  
  

Dance Mode:

• Creating Dance-Sets ⇲
  
  
  
  - Make sure that you press RELOAD
  
  - To create a new DANCE-SET go to the DANCE-SETS-Tab on the right and click on +CREATE NEW SET.
    A yellow Window will appear and you are able to type in a Name. Press OK.
  
  - The newly created DANCE-SET will be shown right under DEFAULT (if not press RELOAD and check again)
  
  - Click on your new DANCE-SET so it becomes high-lighted in yellow to make sure it is really selected.
  
  - Go to your Animation on the left side and click on >>. Only Animations that are in the DANCE-Category
    (check dropdown) will be added to your set and appear in the right half of the DANCE-SETS-Section
    (if not press RELOAD and check again).
  
  - After every Configuration-Session make sure to press RELOAD on this page and in-world at your HUD.
  
  
  


• Using Dance-Sets and Animations In-World ⇲
  
  
  
  - Make sure to press RELOAD on your HUD
  
  - Go to DANCE and check under DANCE-SET if the newly create DANCE-Set appears. If not click on the right
    arrow until it shows up.
  
  - Your Avatar starts to dance if you have selected the right Set with Animation included.
  
  - You can select different Dance-Animations by clicking the right or left arrow on both sides of the Animation-Name.
  
  - If it still doesnt work, check if there are Animation loaded in your HUD and press RELOAD.
    Go back to the Webinterface and check the Content.
  
  
  
  
  


• Invite others to Dance ⇲
  
  
  
  - To invite others to dance with you make sure you are in DANCE-Mode and click on INVITE.
    A blue Window appears where you can select different Friends around you
  
  - Press one of the buttons associated with the Name of your Friend. After his Confirmation he starts to dance with you.
  
  - You can select different Dance-Animations by clicking the right or left arrow on both sides of the Animation-Name
    (at the same time all AV's that are dancing with you will be synced).
  
  - To remove someone from your Dance-Session click on KICK.
  
    A blue Window appears where you can select different Friends around you.
  
  
  - Press one of the buttons associated with the Name of your the Person you want to remove.
    The Person will stop dancing with you.
  
  
  


• The Select-Button ⇲
  
  
  
  - Click SELECT when you are in Dance-Mode
  
  - A blue Window appears where you are able to choose between all the Dance-Animations
    that are currently in your selected Dance-Set.
  
  - Click on the Button with the Number that is associated with the Animation you like to use.
  
  
  
  
  

Advanced Usage:

• Groundsit, Sit, Typing, On/Off, Minimize/Maximize ⇲
  
  - Make sure that you are in Main-Mode. De-Click SETUP or DANCE to do so.
  
  
  
  SIT ON GROUND:
  
  - To sit on the Ground click on GROUNDSIT
  
  - If you want to stop sitting ot the ground De-Click GROUNDSIT and your Avatar will go back to normal.
  
  
  
  SIT-AO:
  
  - To enable the SIT-AO click on the SIT-AO-Button
  
  - Choose a place where you want to sit by right-clicking on the Object and select "Sit here".
  
  - To choose a different Animation go to SETUP and select SIT.
  
  - You can select different SIT-Animations by clicking the right or left arrow on both sides of the Animation-Name
  
  - If you want to stop sitting select STAND on the bottom of your screen and your avatar will stand up.
  
  
  
  ON/OFF:
  
  - To disable the HUD click on the Power-Button (should be green right now). Your Avatar stops being animated.
  
  - If you want to enable the HUD again click again the Power-Button (should be red). Your Avatar starts to move.
  
  
  
  TYPING:
  
  - To enable TYPING click on the TYPING-Button
  
  - When ever you start to type in the chat the SL-Standart-Animation will be replaced by the Animation you bought
    and added to your hud.
  
  - To disable Typing de-click the TYPING-Button
  
  
  
  MINIMIZE/MAXIMIZE:
  
  - To minimize the hud click on the --Button on the right side of the Power-Button. you won't see any menu
    and button-items anymore.
  
  - To maximize the hud click on the +-Button and the interface will show again.
  
  
  


• Quickaccess ⇲
  
  QUICK ACCESS is a mode that makes it possible to use any animation in a spontanious/immediate way.
  
  QUICK ACCESS CONFIGURATION:
  
  - Go to Setup and press Configuration
  
  - In the Browser click the Quick Access-Tab on the right side of the Webinterface
  
  - Below you will see 1 2 3 4. click on 1 so that it is highlighted in yellow
  
  - Go to the left side of the webinterface and click on the >> - Button of the Animation that you want to quick access
  
  - After clicking it will appear in the pre-selected slot on the right side of the Webinterface
  
  - Repeat the above for 2, 3 and 4 as well
  
  - Don't forget to press RELOAD before you switch to SL.
  
  
  
  
  HOW TO USE QUICK ACCESS IN-WORLD:
  
  - Press RELOAD on your NITRO-HUD
  
    - To use the QUICK-ACCESS-Animations.. just click on 1, 2, 3 or 4
  
  
  

Setup Mode:

• Preview Mode ⇲
  
  
  
  - Go to Setup and click PREVIEW (gets green afterwards)
  
  - To choose between the different Categories go to the lower part of the hud and select one of the following:
    Stand, Walk, Run, Typing...
  
  - You can select different Animations by clicking the right or left arrow on both sides of the Animation-Name.
    This will also change the default-Animation in single-mode
  
  - To get out of the preview-mode deselect PREVIEW. your AV will go back to the selected Stand-Animation.

• Switching Animations and setting Single, Random and Sequence In-World ⇲
  
  
  
  - To Switch between Random, Single and Sequence to to Setup and select one of the Categories below.
    Use the Buttons below the Animation-Name to change the mode. When clicked the Button-Frame turns Yellow
  
  - SINGLE: only the Animation above will be played.
  
  - RANDOM: all animation that are part of the created set for this category (Stand, Walk etc) will be played in random.
  
  - SEQUENCE: all animation that are part of the created set for this category (Stand, Walk etc) will be played in order
    (you can change the order in the Webinterface (described below).
  
  
  
  
  


• Checking for not-recognized Animations ⇲
  
  
  
  - If your new Animation is not showing up in the HUD its possible that it hasn't been added to our system.
  
  - Do the following to add it:
  
  - Depending in which Mode(MAIN, SETUP or DANCE) you have to click different buttons to go to the SETUP-Menu.

• Changing Time ⇲
  
  
  
  - if you want to change the time of each animation being played go to the Webinterface
  
  - on the left side find the animation and change the number on the right side of the dropdown-menu. a red box will appear.
    press ok afterwards so the red box is gone
  
  - press RELOAD in the Webinterface and in-world on your HUD.
  
  
  


• Changing Order ⇲
  
  
  
  - If you want to change the order of a particular category (like Stand, Run etc.) in a danceset go to the Webinterface
  
  - Go to the AO-SETS-Tab and select your SET. select the right Category in the Drop-Down-Menu (Stand, Run etc.)
  
  - Below you will see some down and up arrows. Use these to move a particular animation more up/down in your list
  
  - press RELOAD in the Webinterface and in-world on your HUD.
